Open SPACE 2026
In an era where AI is reshaping how we work, learn, and live, navigating the future with technology has become a defining challenge for us all. This year's OPEN SPACE explores this transformation, connecting AI insights with professional development, academic planning, and lifestyle curation to help you embrace change and unlock new possibilities.
Join us for Open SPACE on Saturday, 6 June, in a hybrid format with both online and in-person events. We have curated over 80 insightful sessions across specialised themes, including "AI & Technology”, “Business & Finance”, “Languages & Cultures", "Lifestyle", "Professional Development", "Mind & Body Wellness", and a dedicated stream, "DSE Study Planning", offering guidance for every stage of your journey.
From AI technology and education policy to interpersonal communication, our keynote sessions will offer fresh perspectives on the future from multiple angles. Highlights include Mr Michael Yung, Strategic Advisor at Google Cloud, on " Living with AI: Redefining Privacy, Productivity, and Everyday Learning”. Mr Lawrence Tang Fei, a Member of the Legislative Council on " Hong Kong takes the initiative to align with the 155 plan and seize opportunities - strategic direction in education "; and Ms Jennifer Shum, Senior Guidance Counsellor, together with Dr Rosa Kwok, Programme Director at HKU SPACE, on “From Miscommunication to True Connection: Using Counselling Skills to Foster Win Win Relationships at Work and at Home”.
Whether you are a professional seeking new momentum in the age of AI or a student planning your academic future, OPEN SPACE is your starting point for broadening your horizons and preparing for what comes next. Register now to explore the opportunities and challenges of the AI era with us — and take your next step with greater clarity and confidence.
