Chinese Medicine Health Maintenance
To preserve the legacy of traditional Chinese medical culture; popularise the knowledge of Chinese medicine healthcare, promote the concept of holistic health, the Chinese medicine subject group has offered diversified Chinese medicine health care and wellbeing programmes, opens up a wealth of learning opportunities in foundation theory of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine nutrition, Chinese medicine tea therapy, Chinese Medicine beauty study, and Chinese Medicine Physical Therapy for Health to the public. The courses emphasize both theory and practice. Through learning, students can master the methods of Chinese medicine health care and apply them in their daily life.
Most programmes are subsidized by the Continuing Education Fund.

課程預期學習成果
完成課程後，學生應能夠：
一. 闡釋六經辨證的思路，及經方在危重症與疑難病中的臨床應用；
二. 說明經方辨治在糖尿病、甲狀腺疾病等內分泌病症中的運用；
三. 分析現代檢查指標與中醫陰陽屬性之間的對應關係；及
四. 結合經方辨證的思路與現代醫學診斷，分析内分泌疾病或疑難雜病的臨床案例，並提出有效的中醫診療方案。

課程預期學習成果
完成課程後，學生應能夠：
一. 闡述中醫老年病的歷史演變、特點及中醫衰老理論；
二. 闡釋中醫學對常見老年疾病的診斷及治療的思路和方法；
三. 設計預防老年病的方案，特別是針對多病共存與慢性病的長期管理需求；及
四. 根據老年患者的體質與病況，設計飲食、運動、情志調養等多元化的中醫保健方案。
