Mr Erwin Chan

Mr. Erwin Chan is the Director at Expivotal Consultancy, specialising in workplace wellness, career education, and on-job training. With a robust background as an organisational psychologist in Hong Kong, he collaborates with corporate leaders and educational institutions to enhance talent development strategies. Over the years, he has coached more than 1,500 students and over 2,000 professionals across diverse industries globally, leveraging his expertise in psychometric assessments and career coaching. Mr. Chan is passionate about fostering the potential of Gen Z and Millennial talents, tailoring workshops on topics such as workplace resilience and leadership. He has contributed as a reviewer for the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and an associate fellow in the Hong Kong Psychology Society, and has delivered over 100 training sessions, particularly focused on post-pandemic career management. With a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester and B.S.Sc in Psychology from CUHK, Mr. Chan is committed to empowering individuals to navigate their career journeys effectively.

Dr Rosa Kwok

Dr Rosa Kwok brings evidence-based strategies to the classroom. As a business-minded education professional with over 14 years of rigorous laboratory research training and a strong publication record in peer-reviewed psychology journals. Dr Kwok brings a unique combination of education expertise, client-facing experience, and project management insight to convey evidence-based strategies to policy makers and practitioners.
