Ms. Iris Ching
Ms. Iris Ching has over 35 years of experience in the floral industry and is a highly accomplished professional floral educator. She holds internationally recognised qualifications, including the ADFA (Advanced Dutch Flower Arranger) certification from the Netherlands and the AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers) credential from the United States. She currently serves as the Education Director of the Institut de Artflor, where she is dedicated to curriculum development and professional training. Ms. Ching previously worked at the SCOPE, City University of Hong Kong as the Academic Coordinator of Floral Design programs. She has also been responsible for training DFA instructors for more than 20 years. Throughout her career, Ms. Ching has participated in numerous international floral competitions and has served as a judge in Dutch floral design examinations. She is presently an expert panel member of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) and a technical consultant for the Employees Retraining Board (ERB), actively contributing to the advancement of both the floral industry and professional education.
Ms. Catherine Au
Ms. Catherine Au is a seasoned floral designer and instructor, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at the School of Continuing and Professional Education at City University of Hong Kong, as well as at the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council and Institut de Artflor. Since 2001, she has dedicated herself to floral art education, combining practical training with experience in the commercial floral industry. Catherine has received the Outstanding Instructor Award from the Hong Kong Employees Retraining Board and has contributed to the Qualifications Framework as a specialist for the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications. She is a certified member of the American Institute of Floral Designers and a judge for the Dutch Floral Design exams in Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen. Recently, Catherine has focused on developing sustainable floral art education, emphasizing design concepts and green techniques rooted in European floral traditions.

Ms. Etta Lee graduated from the Department of Music at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She trained in Japanese koto performance under Mitsue Imatake of the Ikuta-ryū Kyoto Tōdōkai and Hino Tamami of the Sawai Koto School, and obtained her Koto Instructor Certification (Shihan) in Japan in 2023. She is currently pursuing further advanced studies under Grand Master Utanoichi Okuda of the Seiha Hōgaku Academy, with a focus on classical Japanese koto and shamisen music.

Dr. Lo Kit Hung
Dr Lo Kit-hung, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He specialises in Yijing, Chinese Philosophy, Civics and Social and Political Philosophy, and is the author of the books "Thinking Strategy" (co-author) and "Critical Thinking" (co-author). Dr Lo is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Practical Philosophy Society, an Honorary Advisor of the Hong Kong Philosophical Practitioners Association, and a Certified Philosophical Consultant of the American Philosophical Practitioners Association. He is also the guest host of RTHK radio programme "Free as the Wind", and a guest host of Metro Radio. Over the years, he has devoted himself to popularising Yijing, Chinese philosophy and philosophical counselling.

Ms Joyce Yu
Elmond Tea Culture Association (ETC) is dedicated to the academic research and global promotion of Chinese tea culture. Co-founded by Yeung Chi-sum (Elmond) and his sister Joyce YU, ETC traces its roots to 1988 when Elmond launched Hong Kong's first tea studies program. Officially established in 2021, it partnered with HKU SPACE to offer Hong Kong's only university-accredited "Diploma in Chinese Tea Studies” which blends classical works, systematic research, and immersive practice to form a comprehensive pedagogy. Joyce quit her full time job to continue her brother’s legacy upon his passing. She is the Course Coordinator and Chief Instructor of the Diploma in Chinese Tea Studies. She was an invited guest speak/judge for various major tea events held in Macau, Shanghai, Suzhou, Shenzhen and Chiuchow etc. Recent initiatives include "Secondary School Tea Culture Program" (2023-24) , reaching 20+ schools (around 500 students) to nurture youth engagement with tea traditions.

Ms Jennifer Wong
Ms Jennifer Wong is a part-time Lecturer in the Master of Counselling programme at The University of Hong Kong, and an Executive Committee Member and volunteer counsellor at Greenery Counselling Studio. She has also served on the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Sandplay Therapy Association since 2020. Previously a professional accountant in accounting and investment banking for twenty years, Ms Wong shifted to psychology and counselling in 2006. She completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a Certificate in Play Therapy in 2009, followed by master’s degrees in Counselling (2011) and Behavioural Health (2014) at The University of Hong Kong, and is a certified counsellor of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association. Since being introduced to Jungian sandplay therapy in 2010, Ms Wong has pursued ongoing advanced training, including programmes in Switzerland, at the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich, and International Society for Sandplay Therapy (ISST) events in Malta and Berlin.

Dr Ruby Mui
Dr Mui is an experienced clinical psychologist specialising in children with special educational needs and attachment-related issues. In private practice, she works with children and families, including adoptive families, as well as adults with depression and emotional difficulties. She also teaches attachment-related topics to parents and professionals, has used sandplay therapy since 2004, and is a current HKSTA Committee Member.
Ms Jennifer Wong
Ms Jennifer Wong is a part-time Assistant Lecturer in the Master of Counselling programme at The University of Hong Kong, an Executive Committee Member and volunteer counsellor at Greenery Counselling Studio, and a member of the HKSTA Executive Committee since 2020. After more than 20 years in accounting and investment banking, she transitioned to psychology and counselling, earning postgraduate qualifications from HKU. She is a certified counsellor and has specialised in Jungian sandplay therapy since 2010, with ongoing international training.

Dr Rosa Kwok brings evidence-based strategies to the classroom. As a business-minded education professional with over 14 years of rigorous laboratory research training and a strong publication record in peer-reviewed psychology journals. Mr. Chu Pak-him
Chu Pak-him (or more commonly known as: Chu Him) is a highly accomplished actor, director, and teacher with a passion for the performing arts. Having graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, he co-founded "Conjoined Alley Production Limited" with Mr. Mathew Cheung to continue his artistic endeavors. He is also a member of the band “Juicyning”. Chu Him has been accumulating extensive experience working with various drama groups throughout his career, such as being a full-time actor with the Chung Ying Theatre Company, an Artist Associate at the Hong Kong Sinfonietta and the Leader of the Creative and Production Team in Actors' Family. He has been nominated for several awards, including The Best Original Lyrics (Composition/Lyricist) at the 21st Hong Kong Drama Awards and The Best Director (Tragedy/Drama) at the 30th Hong Kong Drama Awards and awarded The Best Actor (Comedy/Farce) at the 23rd Hong Kong Drama Awards. In recent years, Chu Him participate in filming of movies and TV drama, and has also taken on a teaching role, offering open acting courses for those who are passionate about acting. He enjoys sharing his artistic knowledge and experience with students and has gained much fulfillment from teaching.
