Application Procedures

1. Application form can be obtained through the following ways:

in person at the RPL Unit (Assessment Office) (“The Office”);
by post (enclosed with a return envelope affixed with sufficient stamp fees);
by downloading from the website of The Office (click here)

2. Completed application form together with application fees and relevant documents should be submitted by post to The Office:

3. Completed application form together with application fees and relevant documents can also be submitted in person to one of our designated Enrolment Counters:

1) Admiralty Learning Centre
3/F, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong

Weekdays: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

2) Fortress Tower Learning Centre
1/F, Fortress Tower, 250 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong
(Fortress Hill MTR Station Exit B)
Weekdays: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
Saturday: Closed

3) Kowloon East Campus
1/F, 28 Wang Hoi Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon
(Kowloon Bay MTR Station, Exit B)
Weekdays: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Application procedures, application fees and qualifications requirements are detailed in the application guidelines. Applicants can download the information on-line or obtain a copy of the same from The Office.
The Office also operates a hotline. Applicants can call the hotline or approach the Office for direct enquiry during office hours.
