Life at HKU SPACE Our Stories

In line with our dedication to enhancing staff efficiency and student satisfaction, the School launched “HKU SPACE AI Chat” for staff in June this year. In September, this service expanded to full-time students in Community College (CC) and Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Community College (HPSHCC), advancing the School’s digital transformation and AI development. 

Developed by the School’s Information Technology Services Unit, the platform integrates ChatGPT and other advanced AI tools, to deliver instant responses to academic and administrative queries. The platform supports a variety of input formats, including text, documents, and images, demonstrating its flexibility. It helps users work more efficiently and enhances their learning experience. These technological improvements have boosted efficiency in both teaching and administration at the School.
