Philosophical Practice, also known as philosophical counseling or philosophical therapy, is the application of philosophical methods and concepts to real-life issues, with the aim of promoting personal growth and ultimately achieving a good life. It helps individuals face challenges and confusion in life by employing critical thinking, philosophical inquiry, and conceptual analysis, alongside reflection on values, self-perception, and worldview, thereby enhancing their understanding of themselves and the world.
But can abstract philosophy truly solve concrete problems and help those who are confused in life? This lecture aims to answer these questions for you.
