Mr Terence Lam

Mr Terence Lam has over 30 years of extensive management experience of recreation and sports facilities under the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) including bathing beaches, major parks, swimming pool, sports centre, and sport ground etc. Before retirement from government services, Mr. Lam was the officer in-charge of the Parks and Playgrounds Section of the district leisure services Office of LCSD,and undertook general management of both hard and soft works of a number of recreational venues including parks, gardens and sitting-out-area, and also roadside amenity areas of the District. Currently, Mr. Lam is giving a variety of lecturers and seminars on horticulture, landscape design and landscape management for the Technological and Higher Education Institute and the Green Education and Resource Centre of LCSD.
