Mr Wong Tak Shing
Mr Wong is a Full Member (TEP) of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) in the U.K. and has over 30 years of experience in administration of estate, trusts, contentious probate, non-contentious probate and succession, etc. He had previously handled many complicated and substantial probate litigation including Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal cases. Over the years, Mr. Wong has been the lecturer and part-time lecturer on probate and succession laws for Hong Kong Judicial Department, the University of Hong Kong, HKU SPACE, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Polytechnic University, Open University of Hong Kong, Law Society of Hong Kong – Hong Kong Academy of Law respectively.
