Mr Ricky Woo, Director of Emerging Technologies and Convenor of Cyber Security Specialist Group, Hong Kong Computer Society

Mr Woo currently is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Executive Director of DBS Bank Hong Kong, overseeing cyber security and governance of the entire firm, managing the overall technology risk management frameworks, governing all security policies, procedures, designing key risk indicators and control metrics to facilitate more effective risk management, as well as ensuring compliance of regulatory requirements. I’m also responsible to manage technology risk in business initiatives, including Open APIs, and various FinTech business initiatives to make sure that adequate risk controls are in place. Also, I’m the one representing the bank to update cybersecurity updates to the board of directors.
