This report provides a brief overview of a Cantonese course project funded by the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR) of Hong Kong and the Language Fund. The course is specifically designed to meet the needs of ethnic minority learners in Hong Kong who are studying Cantonese. The report covers the development of the course, its objectives and content, target participants, learning outcomes, and a volunteer programme.
