Accumulating wealth takes a lifetime of hard work, but ensuring it transitions seamlessly to the next generation requires strategic foresight. Without proper planning, family assets can easily become vulnerable to unexpected legal disputes, matrimonial breakdowns, or creditor claims. In this seminar, experienced Hong Kong Solicitor and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) Franky Fung will guide you through the essential mechanics of modern wealth preservation. Moving beyond basic wills, this session will look closely at how family trusts, Pre-IPO trusts, and corporate structures function in tandem to offer robust asset protection. Through real-world case studies—including prominent local court rulings on high-profile divorces and creditor actions—attendees will gain practical insights into safeguarding global assets, managing cross-border family dynamics, and ensuring a fair, stable legacy.
