Mr Daniel Ngai

Mr Daniel Ngai is the Digital Twins Developer Platform Leader and Assistant Manager, with over a decade of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital twins for Hong Kong's major infrastructure projects. He leads a team and has directed digital twins demos, combining simulations with visualizations to support efficiency and innovation. Since 2021, as team leader, he has supported BIM and digital twins on projects such as the Hong Kong Palace Museum and North Lantau Hospital Infection Control Centre. His main focus includes developing workflows and APIs for seamless project integration, optimizing simulations for timelines and costs, and leveraging VR/AR for enhanced reviews and client decisions.
