Dr Leung Yung, Guest Speaker of HKU SPACE
Dr Leung Yung, College Lecturer, PhD (Sun Yat-sen University), MA (HKU). Dr Leung has taught Chinese language, history and culture for more than 25 years. He currently serves as a consultant of the Hong Kong Docent Association and a Council member of the Hong Kong Teachers' Association. Besides publication of three books and a serious articles on newspaper, Dr Leung had been invited as a guest speaker for RTHK with theme on Hong Kong heritage.

Besides knowledgeable, docents in Hong Kong should bear the responsibilities of education, appreciation and heritage conservation. They help participants understand more about history, culture, art, heritage conservation, etc. The one-hour talk will focus on the appreciation of heritage so as to arouse the interest of the participants.
