Mr Jacky Cao
Mr CAO Wenkai (Jacky), Assistant General Manager of China P&I Service (Hong Kong) Ltd. He graduated with Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from Shanghai Maritime University, Master Degree in Science (Msc) in International Shipping and Transport Logistics from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Master Degree in Law (LLM) in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the University of Hong Kong, Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law from the Manchester Metropolitan University. Mr. Cao is also the holder of the CII Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII). Prior to joining CPI in 2019, he worked with a famous shipowner in Hong Kong SAR and handled both vessel operation and insurance claims.

Hong Kong represents the one and only common law jurisdiction in the territory of China. Many have the dream to be qualified as a Hong Kong solicitor or barrister. This talk discusses the pathway for GBA residents and beyond.
Language: English supplemented with Putonghua
The Graduate Diploma in English and Hong Kong Law (CPE) and LLB (Hons) Hong Kong are the exempted courses under the Non-Local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance. It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognize any qualification to which these courses may lead.
