Unlike advising and coaching, counselling is a process of talking about and working through personal problems.
In this modern society focusing on high effectiveness, our emotions are sometimes hidden. Knowing some counselling skills could help gain insights in managing some of our mental health issues and learn to address the problems in a positive way.
In this talk, some case sharing will be illustrated, and the audience will experience the power of counselling.
