In Traditional  Chinese Medicine, the "Five Element Theory" is of fundamental importance which outlines the relationship between different elements in nature and food.
The muggy and high-humidity weather of summer will result in decreased appetite, tiredness and chest tightness. Staying in air-conditioned rooms for long periods and having too much raw and cold food would also impair the function of our bodies.
The seminar will introduce the key concepts, tips and recipes on summer diet foods from the perspective of "Five Element Theory" (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water).  We hope that everyone of us can know more about the relationship of "Five Element Theory" to health and can adjust our diets in response to the body and environmental changes.

Anyone who is interested is welcome to register.
