Certificate for Module (Management for Social Enterprises)

Dr Stephen Covey once suggested the 3rd alternative - arriving at synergy. Social innovation is what puts this into practice.

Life is not only about working. In order to seek for an ideal in life, we ought to discover some ‘difficult pleasure’ beyond our regular job. With proper management, such pleasure may morph into another career that runs concurrently with our regular job to form a parallel career.

Dr Kee Chi Hing JP, the Chair of Fullness Society Enterprises Society, running social enterprises is his “hard pleasure”. It has eventually grown into his second career. Dr Kee will share on how social innovation can make up a parallel career and even our imagination for life. At the same time, Mr Raymond Wong, the General Manager of SLCO Community Resources and alumni of MSE, will detail his journey of social innovation and how he executed what he had learnt from MSE in operating a social enterprise, applying for funding and serving as a voluntary business coach for start-up social enterprises.
