Highlights

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming healthcare, with significant applications in nursing practice, education, and clinical workflows. Recent trends highlight AI's role in reducing administrative burdens (e.g., automated documentation and ambient listening), enhancing clinical decision support, predictive analytics for patient deterioration, personalized care planning, and simulation-based training. While offering opportunities to improve efficiency, patient outcomes, and workload management, AI also raises important implications including ethical concerns, professional role changes, de-skilling risks, and the need for nurse-led governance.

This hands-on workshop, led by experienced facilitators in nursing, introduces practical AI tools relevant to nursing practice. Participants will explore real-world examples, engage in interactive demonstrations, and participate in guided activities to apply AI concepts safely in daily practice.
