  • Mr Kelvin Chua (RPsych, AFHKPS)

Mr Kelvin Chua

Mr Kelvin Chua is a Registered Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the Hong Kong Psychological Society. He has extensive management consulting experience with Accenture, Aon Hewitt, Gartner, PwC and Willis Towers Watson, serving a broad range of clients in multiple industries and functions across strategy, organization and operations. His work focuses on leadership transformation aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and the roles of stress, coping and social support systems in health and wellbeing. He has advised top executives and policymakers, helping them to achieve clarity and purpose during periods of stressful organizational transformation and pandemics. Mr Chua has deep hands-on industry experience, having worked for AIG and AXA as a department head in Human Resources. In 2011, his department won the AIG Team Achievement Award for outstanding performance. He was also sponsored by Aon Hewitt to complete the Human Resource Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
