會計及金融 金融科技及金融分析

應用學習是高中課程選修科目的一部份，與高中科目相輔相成。而應用學習課程著重實用的學習元素，針對學生的興趣及取向而設計，目的是為學生提供機會，讓他們探究和了解個人終生學習及職業的取向。
Applied Learning (ApL) is an integral part of the elective subjects of the senior secondary curriculum to complete the senior secondary school subjects. ApL is designed to meet students’ interest and inclination which aims to provide students with the opportunities to explore their lifelong learning and career aspirations.

本課程旨在教授基本金融科技知識、電子支付、加密貨幣及區塊鏈在商業和金融中的應用。課程亦會培養學生學習金融科技基本編碼技能應用。
The programme aims to provide fundamental knowledge on fintech, digital currencies, coding and applications of blockchain technology in business and finance. The programme develops students with basic coding skills in fintech and put them into practice in finance.

Applied Learning (ApL) is a valued senior secondary elective subject which complements other senior secondary subjects to form a flexible subject combination that helps enrich students’ subject choices and cater for learner diversity, providing broad and balanced learning experiences for students. ApL focuses on practical learning elements linked to broad vocational and professional fields with dual emphasis on theory and practice. It develops students’ knowledge, generic skills, proper values and attitudes through simulated or authentic contexts, as well as enhances students’ understanding of vocational and professional education and training (VPET), preparing them for further studies and work in future.

本課程有4個單元共180課時（60堂）。

學銜 Award

按香港大學體制，經香港大學專業進修學院頒授「金融科技入門（高中應用學習）證書」（資歷架構第3級）予成功畢業的同學（出席率達80%或以上及於評核課業中取得合格成績）。
Students who successfully complete the programme (have at least 80% attendance and achieve qualified results in assessment tasks) will be awarded “Certificate in Introduction to Fintech (Senior Secondary Applied Learning) (QF Level 3)” within the HKU system through HKU SPACE.

The programme can be delivered in either English or Cantonese, depending on the number of applicants.

上課模式 Class Mode

模式一 Mode 1

逢星期六上午或下午上課，或全日上課，每課3小時，於香港大學專業進修學院教學中心上課，部份課堂亦會安排於暑假進行。
3 hours lesson in every Saturday morning or afternoon, or full day lesson at HKU SPACE Learning Centres. Summer class will be arranged.

 

模式二 Mode 2

由有關中學及香港大學專業進修學院安排，可選擇於平日及/或週六上課，視乎有關設施及器材需要，部份課堂會於香港大學專業進修學院教學中心上課，部份課堂亦會安排於暑假進行。
Arranged by the secondary school concerned and HKU SPACE; class can be arranged on weekday and/or Saturday. Depends on the equipment/facility needed, some lessons may be held at HKU SPACE Learning Centre. Summer class will be arranged.

本課程學與教活動的設計以學生為本，讓學生認識基礎理論和概念，從而培養他們的共通能力，並建立他們對金融科技的就業期望。
In this course, student-centred learning and teaching activities are designed to enable students to understand fundamental theories and concepts, develop their generic skills, and address their career aspirations in fintech.

學生在不同形式的活動有系統地認識不同的情境（例如：在課堂介紹金融科技生態系統、區塊鏈應用、加密貨幣及金融科技程式設計）及體驗情境的複雜性以拓闊視野（例如：參觀本地金融科技機構，以及參加金融科技業內人士主講的講座）。
Different modes of activities are employed to provide students with a systematic understanding about the context (e.g. lectures on the overview of fintech ecosystem, blockchain application, cryptocurrency and coding in fintech) and eye-opening opportunities to experience the complexity of the context (e.g. visits to local fintech organisations, seminars by fintech industry practitioners).

學生從實踐中學習，在真實或模擬的工作環境中認識相關的要求，掌握基礎知識和技能，以便日後在相關的範疇內繼續升學（例如：在模擬區塊鏈平台上進行實習）。
Students acquire an understanding of the requirements, fundamental knowledge and skills essential for further learning within the area through learning-by-practising opportunities in an authentic or near-authentic environment (e.g. practical exercises on simulated blockchain platform).

學生有機會鞏固他們的學習，並表現出企業家精神與創新精神（例如：在專題研習中，學生計劃在區塊鏈平台上執行加密貨幣模擬交易。在過程中，學生應用課堂上所學的行業知識和技能、展示解難能力、撰寫書面報告和進行小組匯報。學生亦須展示行業所須的正確價值觀和態度）。
Students are given opportunities to consolidate their learning and demonstrate entrepreneurship and innovation (e.g. in the group project, students participate in the planning and implementation of cryptocurrency trading simulation using blockchain platform. In the process, students apply industry knowledge and skills acquired, demonstrate problem-solving skills, prepare written report and conduct group presentation. Students are expected to demonstrate the proper values and attitudes required in the industry).

升學及職業發展路向 Possible further study and career pathways

升學及職業發展路向資訊有助提升學生了解應用學習課程相關行業及發展機會。
The information on possible further study and career pathways is provided to enhance students’ understanding of the wider context of the specific Applied Learning course. Students who have successfully completed Applied Learning courses have to meet other entry requirements as specified by the institutions.

應用學習課程在升學及就業的資歷認可，由個別院校及機構自行決定。成功完成應用學習課程的學生仍須符合有關機構的入學或入職要求。
The recognition of Applied Learning courses for admission to further studies and career opportunities is at the discretion of relevant institutions.

申請人必須為中三或中四學生。 中三學生可以提前申請，但在應用學習課程開課時， 他們必須是中四學生。而中四學生可以選擇在中四或中五時學習該課程。
Applicants shall be Secondary 3 or Secondary 4 students. Secondary 3 students can apply in advance but they must be in Secondary 4 when the Applied Learning course starts. Whereas Secondary 4 students can choose to study the course either in Secondary 4 or when they reach Secondary 5.

學生須於每年2月至4月中透過所屬中學向教育局申請，詳情請參考教育局網頁並向所屬中學查詢。

Students must submit their application through their secondary schools from mid February to mid April. Please refer to the Education Bureau​'s website and contact your secondary school for details.

應用學習 - 教育局 | Applied Learning - Education Bureau

課程費用由所屬中學及教育局全數資助。
課程費用為港幣18,000（2025-27年度 ）/ 港幣19,000（2026-28年度），分兩期繳交。
選擇上課模式二的中學將根據學校提供的埸地設施及學校老師參與授課的程度作出減免。
Course fee will be subsidized by secondary school and the Education Bureau.
Course fee is HK$18,000 (2025-27 Cohort) / HK$19,000 (2026-28 Cohort) and paid by 2 installments.
For class mode 2, course fee will be partially exempted according to the teaching venue and teaching support provided by the partner secondary school.
