This programme allows potential leaders an opportunity to seek professional knowledge in the field of public order management, in particular for those whose first degree is not related to their profession.
The programme specifically aims at providing both frontline practitioners and junior managers in law enforcement agencies or other service-related personnel working in the field of order maintenance and offender management with professional knowledge and skills in early identification and handling of vulnerable individuals and groups in the community, leadership in crisis management and analysis of current issues in law and order maintenance.
