By introducing this programme, we aim to provide knowledge and skills to the workforce in the areas of  business administration, secretaryship, compliance and ethics. 

This programme aims to provide students with a solid corporate administration and governance foundation, covering general administrative management and corporate governance theories and practices. It is designed to equip students with an analytical problem-solving approach to administration and governance-related issues and contemporary issues faced by company secretaries and administrators.

The aim of this programme is for students to develop their knowledge and skills in compliance and governance. The knowledge and skills learnt prepare them for practice as a governance professional or a company secretary in a private, a non-governmental or a public listed companies and to prepare candidates to write the professional examinations of the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme, which is recognized worldwide. It is the students' responsibility to determine whether they are eligible to participate in the CGQP examination. 

This programme is designed to provide students with an understanding of office application software, emphasising the integration of generative AI tools. Students will learn to utilise tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel alongside contemporary generative AI tools for enhancing productivity, task automation, and streamlined workflows. The programme also covers video production and marketing promotions using generative AI tools, offering students a holistic skill set tailored for modern office administration.

The aim of this programme is to enable students to develop fundamental knowledge and understanding of the current law in relation to Hong Kong taxation and its practical application to companies, partnerships and individuals in Hong Kong and to prepare candidates to write the professional examinations of the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme, which is recognized worldwide. It is the students' responsibility to determine whether they are eligible to participate in the CGQP examination.

The aim of this programme is to equip students with the required knowledge in accounting and finance to interpret financial and accounting information. With the knowledge learnt, they would be able to provide advice to the company board or similar decision making body in term of company strategy development, decision-making and direction and to prepare candidates to write the professional examinations of the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme, which is recognized worldwide. It is the students' responsibility to determine whether they are eligible to participate in the CGQP examination. 

The aim of this programme is to provide the fundamental concepts, principles, processes and techniques involved in the development and implementation of strategy in organisations and corporations. Company secretaries or governance professionals being part of senior management,  have a significant role to play in ensuring that the strategies developed fit organisational purpose, and are acceptable in terms of risk, consistent with good governance as well as with stakeholder requirements and concerns. This programme also prepares candidates to write the professional examinations of the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme, which is recognized worldwide. It is the students' responsibility to determine whether they are eligible to participate in the CGQP examination.
