This programme aims to equip students with foundational, practice ready competencies in integrated health and social care, emphasising multidisciplinary, team-based collaboration across community and primary care settings. Through an understanding of the health and social care system, person centred communication, core assessment skills, and quality and safety practices, students will be able to support coordinated care pathways, contribute effectively within interprofessional teams, and build a strong foundation for progression in health and social care.

本課程為有志於安老服務及殘疾人士服務的保健員提供「護理保健師」的專業培訓，為業界培育專屬的專業護理人才以持續支持業界穩健發展。課程的設計參照安老服務業（院舍照顧）《能力標準說明》指定的能力單元以及相應課題，內容涵蓋理論與實踐，旨在培訓學員掌握更高階的專業保健服務所需的核心技能和知識，提升個人專業職能，促進院舍團隊協作，並推動培育優質的院舍護理保健團隊。

此課程旨在為學員提供基本及實務的院舍護理知識和照顧技巧，並為院舍專職照顧人員及居家護理照顧者進行專業護理的技能培訓，以及透過實習，為有護理需要的長者及殘疾人士提供適切照顧。

此课程为学员提供基础物理治疗技巧和长者复康的理论与技巧，以协助院舍内或家庭中的长者进行基础运动治疗、预防摔跌及常见的神经系统疾病例如帕金森氏症或中风患者的物理治疗方法。
