导师在一间良好信誉的投资证券公司工作，他领导公司资产管理和产品开发活动,负责零售和机构业务的高级管理人员。他拥有超过14年的证券和银行从业经验。此前，他还担任其他证券公司高级管理职务，负责零售和机构渠道的销售和营销。讲师毕业於香港理工大学硕士学位，也在香港城市大学获得金融学士学位工商管理（荣誉）。
