  • Transitional period of RPL for the Information and Communications Technology industry (Operation & Support) will expire on 30 June 2026.  From 1 July 2026 onwards, applicants will need to pass the written test to obtain the RPL qualifications.

  • The HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE) has been appointed by the Education Bureau to take up the role of Assessment Agency (AA) of the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Mechanism for the Information & Communications Technology (Operation and Support) industry starting from 1 July 2021.

  • From 1 December 2019, all RPL applicants can apply for full reimbursement of assessment fees in a lump sum after obtaining the Statement of Attainment (SOA). All applications should be submitted within two years from the date of issuance of SOA. Late applications will not be accepted.
