電子競技的發展已經超越了單純的體育項目，成為一個跨地域的數碼娛樂事業。舉辦電競比賽，需要有專業的數碼系統，競賽場地，在線直播平台及競賽主辦團隊，讓不同地區的觀眾可以觀賞賽事。除了比賽外，競賽場邊還會有各種電競的商業機遇，形成了全新的數碼娛樂事業生態圈。本講座集中探討電競生態圈的建立如及何促成電競賽事的成功。
