The QS World University Rankings 2020 places the University of Western Australia (UWA) at 86th internationally, among the World’s Top 100 with HKU, HKUST and CUHK. In 2020/21, two full-time programmes* will be offered by UWA via HKU SPACE:
1) Bacherlor of Arts-Asian Studies major (Japanese units included)
2) Bacherlor of Arts-Communication and Media Studies major
Programme Highlights
- The curriculum of the two programmes is designed by UWA, leading to UWA's award.
- On campus transfer opportunity is available for students to finish their final year in Perth with all HK credits being counted towards the qualification.
- The Asian Studies programme offers a series of Japanese language components, which are taught by native Japanese instructors .
- The Communication and Media Studies programme offers work placement opportunities for students to gain valuable hands-on experience in the communication and media sector.
