The programme aims to equip students with the fundamental knowledge and skills required by Hong Kong's aviation industry, preparing them for a long and successful career in the industry. It consists of a four-week course that includes lectures, site visits, tours and presentations given by industry experts, followed by job matching and a 12-month full-salary internship arranged by Hong Kong International Aviation Academy (HKIAA).
