Ms. Frankie Tam, Technology Lawyer

Frankie is an international technology lawyer qualified in Hong Kong, New York State, and England and Wales. She is one of the founding members of the Hong Kong branch of international technology law firm Osborne Clarke. She has worked in major financial cities including London, Shanghai and Hong Kong in advising on technology legal matters. Frankie recently worked on a significant regulatory technology outsourcing transaction, and advised an international technology client on a high-profile data privacy matter – a project that was awarded Deal of the Year by China Business Law Journal. She obtained her Master of Laws (Corporate) (Distinction) from University College London on the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship, and her business administration and law degrees in Hong Kong. She is a co-founder and Vice-President of the Hong Kong Internet Finance Association and the President of British Chevening Scholars (HK) Association.

As the CEO at the helm of Horangi, Paul Hadjy manages the efforts behind creating cutting edge, cyber security solutions while ensuring that users in the C-suite down to technical operators are all armed with the right, actionable data to make critical cyber decisions. Before Paul Hadjy teamed up with CTO Lee Sult to create next generation products at Horangi, he had his sights set on cyber in Asia. At Palantir, his efforts as a deployment strategist on battlefields in the Middle East led to him being tapped to head out the creation of Palantir's business units in Asia, specifically targeting Singapore, Korea and New Zealand. There he managed new business lines in anti-money laundering, insider threat, cyber, and government applications. In 2016, Grab selected Hadjy as their Head of IT to lead the shaping of internal technology, infosec, and business process decisions during their rapid scaling. Paul's multinational decade of experience is the foundation behind his unrelenting pursuit of bringing world-class, cyber solutions to the Asian market.
