The programme aims to offer an interdisciplinary exploration of the contemporary development in the social media and digital communication in the local and global contexts.
 
The programme examines the impacts and applications of social media in influencing corporate communication, advertising, public relations, entertainment and commerce. It focuses on developing the students’ imaginative and analytical abilities as well as the communication and practical skills across diverse platforms and environments. It challenges and encourages students to extend and explore their professional practices and become innovative and resourceful leaders in the rapidly evolving media and communication industries.

 

宗旨

本課程旨在介紹數碼電影拍攝，執導、剪輯的基本知識，培訓學員有系統地闡述故事和構想的能力，並且教導學員對電影製作的實際技術，從而能夠掌握製作數碼影像格式並於不同平台上播放。本課程適合對影像製作（如電影、網上影片）感興趣的人士、或已加入相關行業的在職人仕進修。

本課程揉合編劇、敘事治療及認知心理學的基本理論應用及技巧，以工作坊形式著重體驗實踐，探索及開啟自我內在潛能，提升沿用已久的操作系統，蛻變成更優良強大的自己。
 

香薰治療的存在已有數百年，其對人體的幫助有一定的科學根據。本課程旨在為學員提供香薰護療知識及應用技巧訓練。學員會由基礎開始認識香薰精油的功能和應用。內容包括香薰入門基礎的知識、人體生理和心理情緒的反應、如何適當使用香薰精油，從而減壓和對不同皮膚類型作出改善。

The programme aims to provide the students with an introduction about human health and disease based on the homeopathic literature.  It gives the students a general understanding of homeopathy remedies and their applications.

保健推拿是指在養生和保健為主要目的，重視預防於未病之時。此課程不但為現有保健推拿從業人員提供規範手法的機會，同時讓有志學習推拿這門傳統醫學學科的人士，提供基本的技能與理論知識。    

The programme aims to provide students with the knowledge of the operation of the foodservice system and basic management skills. Students who successfully complete this certificate and Advanced Certificate in Quality Control and Food Safety Management will be awarded the HKU SPACE Advanced Diploma in Food Business Management. These programmes equip students to take up supervisory duties in the food industry.
