The coaching course upskilled my approach to life from a positive psychology perspective, thereby allowing me to use my EI (Emotional Intelligence) in challenging situations where calmness and rational thinking are relevantly needed. 

The series of lectures and exercises on practical applications also gave me tools to reasonably postpone judgment when speaking with anyone or when given the opportunity to coach someone, which, as a result, provided a way for an individual to unearth a solution to a dilemma. 

The best tangible benefit the course gave me is 'self-reflection' that helps me to constantly understand where I am before stepping into the world every day; this assists me in taking the right actions to every life challenge.
