The School won the top Platinum Trustmark Award in the Continuing Education Category at the Reader's Digest Trusted Brand 2016 awards for the 3rd consecutive year.  In 2013 the School also received the Gold Award.

The Trustmark award is the highest honour in the Continuing Education category. To win, the brand must be mentioned by respondents without prompting and obtain an overall rating 2.5 times better than the next brand, or two times more than the next brand with an average quality score of four or more in six different attributes: trustworthiness and credibility, quality, value, understanding customer needs, innovation and social responsibility.

Professor William K. M. Lee received the award on behalf of the School and thanked Digest readers for their support. He stated that the award recognised the tireless contributions and concerted efforts of the staff behind the School’s great success.
