曾小強先生(Stone Tsang)

業餘山野跑手，以31歲之齡成為第一位勝出Action Asia Challenge 的香港華人。作為一位全職救護員及兩子之父，Stone仍可兼顧高強度訓練，並曾贏取以下殊榮： *Ultra Trail World Tour 第8名 *香港樂施毅行者男子組冠軍 *四屆「山野之王」冠軍

講座內容:

分享曾小強(Stone)成為山野跑手的歷程，親身講解如何備戰及成為頂尖山野跑手。今年年初，Stone藉香港四徑挑戰賽(Hong Kong Four Trails Ultra Challenge)，向大眾籌募，以資助200名低收入家庭孩子。藉今次講座，讓我們體會運動如何令自己及有需要人士帶來改變。
