Innovation is risky mainly because so few of the so-called entrepreneurs know what they are doing.  Most of them lack the correct methodology, or even violate well-known rules. For innovation to be successful, it needs to be systematic and managed, and it has to be based on purposeful innovation. Therefore it is necessary to understand and manage people’s behaviour towards change. A successful entrepreneur always searches for change, responds to it, and exploits it as an opportunity.
